CabMule is the dispatch desk for short-loop aggregate, dirt, gravel, and demolition haulers — built for the 5–50 truck fleets that long-haul TMS software does not fit. Replace the paper tickets and spreadsheet schedules you still run on with one end-to-end workflow: instant truck-to-job matching, automated repeat quarry loops, and a photo-of-load e-ticket that seals the load the moment the bed tilts.

of small-fleet aggregate haulers
still run on paper tickets and spreadsheet schedules. CabMule sits between that whiteboard and an enterprise TMS — the dispatch intelligence large haulers already run on, at per-truck pricing a small operation can scale with.
The dispatch board
Every ticket moves through the same five stations — same actors, same evidence, same audit. The difference is that none of it lives on a fender or in a shoebox.
Aggregate producers, primes, and state agencies post a haul in seconds — quarry-to-site, yard-to-yard, or one-off delivery. CabMule's matcher scores every available truck in the area against load, ETA, and HOS clock.
The dispatcher accepts one tap. Repeat quarry → job-site loops auto-generate on the schedule you already run — same trucks, same drivers, same rate, no whiteboard.
Onboard telematics pin the truck to the origin and count deadhead miles as credit. At the destination, the driver opens the e-ticket the moment the bed tilts.
One shot — material type, gross/net weight from the scale link, OD/PD stamps, broker signature. The slip is sealed before the dust settles.
Driver pay is computed from sealed tickets. FMCSA HOS stays in lockstep with the dispatch board. DOT-ready packets — without the shoebox.
Photo-of-load e-tickets
CabMule's e-ticket flow captures material type, gross and net weight straight from the truck's scale link, broker signature, OD/PD stamps, and a fresh photo of the load — pre-formatted against the structured-ticket spec your broker, prime, or state agency already requires.
Material code, weight, origin, destination, signature — fields your ERP can ingest, not a PDF you retype.
Every ticket is pinned to the scalehouse, the job site, and the clock it was lifted on.
The driver takes one photo at bed-tilt. It rides with the ticket for the lifetime of the load.
HOS, IFTA, and proof-of-delivery exports pack into the format your auditor expects — no shoebox.

The pricing model
Enterprise TMS comes with a six-figure annual tag, an integration team, and a roll-out the fleet never finishes. CabMule prices by the truck — what the operation already counts.

Get started
Tell us the loop — quarry, yard, demolition site — and we'll show you a CabMule workflow that fits it. We onboard a fleet in under a week, and the first e-ticket goes out the same day the trucks roll.
